Combining cardio and strength training with agility exercises and circuit training, i offer a more effective and enjoyable form of exercise. Your fitness will improve with increased core strength and stability – so not only will you feel better, your whole body will become more toned.

My sessions are a mix of high tempo exercises – Every session is different and i will get your legs moving, your arms lifting and your heart pumping. Each exercise is designed to challenge and whatever your fitness level you’ll feel an enormous sense of achievement.

Each bootcamp has a mix of abilities from the just started to the super fit. Whether you work individually or in pairs, every training session will encourage you to push yourself to your personal limit.

I work hard to make each session fun and most my members said this is the only exercise they’ve ever stuck with – and they’ve been coming back for years.

AM I TOO OUT OF SHAPE TO DO BOOTCAMP? +

Everyone can do bootcamp! All fitness levels are welcome here, i will show you modifications and progressions of each exercise. This way, whether you're a total beginner, intermediate, or experienced exerciser, you will get in an awesome workout. I have new members joining all the time as well as clients who have been training with me for years. It's a fitness party!

 

WHAT IF I ALREADY BELONG TO A GYM? +

Let's get real...you signed up for that gym, but how often do you go? Are you getting the results you want? Do you know what to do when you get there? Do you know how to use proper form, without getting injured? Do they even care if you show up? To be clear...i am nothing like a "regular gym." I take the guesswork out of your fitness goals! I do this by having you workout with me, in a group setting, every time you train. I also have a done for you healthy fat-burning meal plan, and track your Progress to ensure that I am getting you the results you desire.Accountability, goal setting and motivation are the reasons i get fantastic results! No gyms can guarantee that

 

CAN MY FRIEND JOIN TOO? +

Absolutely! It's always great to have a workout buddy. You'll also make new workout buddies here too. I also have a cool referral program, where every time one of your friends becomes a full member, you get your next month half off!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE? +

If you follow my nutrition plan (CAREFULLY) and attend 2 boot camp sessions per week You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you’ll drop 4-8 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, tone your muscles, increase endurance, reduce body fat and increase confidence.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO A REGULAR FITNESS CLASS? +

In My Boot Camps you will be coached and trained by me, making sure you are doing the exercises safely and effectively so your body can reap the benefits. If you personal train with me it would cost you £45 for 40 mins With these boot camps you only pay a tiny fraction of that cost while being surrounded by like-minded people all focused towards hitting their fitness goals.

CAN I PAY PER WORKOUT OR JUST WHEN I COME? +

No. You need and want to exercise consistently, right? I’ve found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your boot camp. The best motivator is knowing that you’re going to have a lot of fun once you get to boot camp and meet your new friends for another life changing workout! Plus it’s very difficult for me to find spare change for everyone at the beginning of each session.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR PROGRAM? +

You can choose from my  3 packages…

1 sessions per week for £35/month

2 sessions per week for £65/month

Add in Boxercise for £8 per session . Programs are billed monthly in advance via direct debit.

If for any reason direct debit doesn’t suit you, let me know and i can arrange a direct bank transfer one month in advance

DOES THE BOOT CAMP EVER END? +

My bootcamp is an ongoing program. After all, it’s a lifestyle change. You’re welcome to join for as little as 1 month or stay on board for the long haul like 85% of our members.

WHAT TYPES OF PEOPLE GO TO BOOT CAMP? +

HOW LONG IS THE SESSION? +

The majority of our session run for 45 minutes, however we do run some 35 minute and 60-minute classes depending on what we are doing.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME? +

Just bring a bottle of water, a towel and wear some light loose comfortable clothing and running shoes.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? +

You can cancel your membership anytime, we will be sad to see you go but we understand people move on and we will get over it over a cup of coffee. Just send an email to info@basseyfit.com before the next debit date.

WHAT DO I DO IF I GO ON HOLIDAY? +

If you let me know before you go i’ll freeze your payment while you’re away.

WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION +

The bootcamp is a package so there are no refunds for missed sessions.

However i do understands that emergencies happen so i provide every client one or two free short-notice cancellation depending on if you attends once or twice a week respectively and this only applies if i am notified not later than 60 minutes prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancelation.
